1. What are the requirements for ScanIT?
ORION ScanIT requires the following:

Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP (min. SP2), Windows Vista

.NET Framework 2.0 installed on SharePoint server and workstation

2. How does ScanIT support MFPs and Copiers?
All MFPs or Copiers with scan
function are able to scan documents as TIFF to a network directory.
ORION ScanIT can manually or automatically (Watched Folder) import
documents from a (network) directory. ORION ScanIT can also import
PDF documents that contain an image.
3. Which barcodes are supported?

4. Where can I find the logfiles?
The logfiles can be found in the Application Data directory of
the user you have installed the software in.

5. Does ScanIT support TWAIN?
No, ORION ScanIT does not support
TWAIN, but only ISIS drivers. ISIS drivers are far superior to TWAIN
and are available for all professional document scanners.
6. Which databases are supported for lookups?
ORION ScanIT supports all ODBC
compliant databases through SQL queries.
